Sweat lodge

A structure used for Native American rituals related to purification, spiritual renewal, healing, and education. It is a made of a frame covered with skins, canvas, or blankets. A hole is dug in the center into which hot rocks are placed. Water is poured onto the rocks to create steam ( nd).
